It is our aim to provide a professional service at a competitive price: we don't always get it right, but with over a thousand regular customers, and double-digit growth in turnover year on year, we must be doing something right! One thing you can be sure of is a personal service: the people who answer the phone own the company so you're definitely talking to the organ grinders, not the monkeys!

From our base in Telford, we are centrally located to service the whole of the UK, although our main area of business is the West Midlands, an area which stretches from Shrewsbury in the West to Coventry in the East; from Newcastle Under Lyme in the North to Kidderminster in the South.

The Telford International Centre, home to a growing number of exhibitions and conferences is right on our doorstep, along with a number of conference hotels: The Park Inn, Holiday Inn, The Telford Golf & Spa Hotel and The Madeley Court Hotel are all within a ten-minute drive from our office. Further afield is Patshull Park Hotel which is a regular customer and a favourite fishing haunt of at least one of our Technical Chaps.

Locally, we are members of the Telford Business Partnership, Telford & Shropshire Conferences and the Telford Business Club.

Our hire store in Dawley contains a wide range of equipment from all the major manufacturers, and our hire stocks are increasingly growing at a rapid rate. Where possible, we aim to buy equipment and services from local suppliers, such as Selquin, Sutton Maddock Vehicle Rental, Blue Orange Marketing and NRG Direct Mail.

If you're looking to sell to us, we're NOT interested in buying advertising in newspapers and magazines, Private Health Insurance, water coolers for the office, membership of networking clubs or wealth management services (no wealth to manage, sorry!). What we are interested in are products that will allow us to maximise our return on investment, whilst at the same time giving "Best Value" to our customers.
