test all equipment rigorously before we send it out of the door. If
however you do have a problem, simply give us a call on

the problem is down to equipment failure, or something we've done wrong,
then obviously we won't charge for technical support. However, if the
problem turns out to be user error, then we reserve the right to charge
a call-out fee.
It
always pays to plan ahead and to get to know the equipment you are
planning to hire before the hire starts. To help you do this, we've put

equipment we hire (and some equipment that we don't!), and you can
